ISO 9001 certification in December 2002 and has retained it ever since.
Expansion has therefore decided to have its quality management system checked periodically by an external body. The aim here is to demonstrate its efficiency and concern to improve constantly so as to
ensure that you are satisfied, to be creative and to optimise its organisation.
Since December 2008, Expansion has been certified in accordance with the new version of the standard ISO 9001:2008. Expansion was among the first to benefit from this certification
using the process approach. This provides an assurance for all our clients that :
- we keep our objectives in line with your requirements, with a view to ensuring your satisfaction;
- we listen to you all the time;
- we provide high-quality services thanks to the introduction of regular monitoring phases throughout the working process;
- we continuously strives towards improving our performance;
- we carefully select and regularly evaluate our suppliers.
